Are people in Leeds scared of the dark?

Now together myself, Paul, David and Charlotte were set to solve this problem in Leeds.

we couldn't do that without a strong body of statistacal research secondry and primary in order to state that it is actualy a problem.

We looked into crime in Leeds and times, most crime happened along the A660 which to me should be the A666. Now the crimes that took place was robbery, assault etc. why there though?

i looked on Google Earth and discovered it was this area which was the longest route for students home from town. all though a main road, the night prevents there being people around also dependant about what kind of people are around at that time?

however i looked it up and the main strips had miles of area which was surrounded by woodland area, safe? mmm yeah what i thought to, picture being drunk on your own walking home along some woodland area at 4am? Picture perfect for some people who have been inside before.

now stepping it back a little, i made some questionairres to ask people various segments of assessing the problem, one of the questions was are you scared at night?

about 14 male said no and 16 girls said no leaving as it was out of 50 11 boys were and 9 were.

then i changed it a little to are you scared of the dark in Leeds?
the outcome of answers soon changed in favour to our problem with about 5/50 people who were not, thats like 1/10 people 10%.

i carried on with further back up questions and more facts abotu crime etc then i thought of something like a bus stop in town in which if you were on your own you would go and a group would walk to certain areas within Leeds to make sure they get home safe.

one of our questions was do you sleep with a childhood toy? majority answered yes, so i thought of a graffeti styled teddy bear walking guiding a person back safely, heres an image of a stencil for him:

I also came up with a few campaigne ideas with a quote

WHY WALK ALONE, WHEN WE WALK TOGETHER?:

basically a foot step with writting on the tread, i didn't develop this further.

However we didn't choose any of these, later on we added a new questionairre letting the public decide which design worked better, Charlottes concept did, i had full confidence with that decision and happy they chose it too.

we developed it even more to a degree combinining both David's type hand written and her image to develop a amazing sticker which we showed in use along the a660.

Ooops broke the law.

ermmmm but anyhoooow, im going to get a few images of the sticker in place and show it to use.
we were thinking of combining mine and Davids piece together in order to make a poster, that was the illustrations we did heres a litttle exampleeeeeeeey:

after we had all of our information we collected stickers and posted them up along the a660 to emphasise our communication, here are a few photos of the stickers in a social atmosphere:
